Who we are

This website belongs to Light Factory Analytics, CNPJ (Brazilian company ID) 66.977.033/0001-02, based in São Paulo, Brazil, the controller of personal data processed through it under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

What data we collect

This website has no forms, requires no registration and does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

When you contact us via WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email, company and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider (Netlify) logs technical access data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operational purposes.

How we use your data

We use contact data solely to reply to your messages, prepare proposals and deliver contracted services. The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and, where a contract exists, its performance.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

When you click the WhatsApp or LinkedIn buttons, you are taken to external services with their own privacy policies. The website is hosted by Netlify, which may process technical data outside Brazil with appropriate safeguards.

Client data in projects

Business data shared by clients during projects is handled under a confidentiality agreement, used only for the contracted purpose and returned or deleted at the end of the engagement, as agreed with the client.

How long we keep data

We keep contact data for as long as needed for the business relationship or to meet legal obligations. After that, it is deleted.

Your rights

At any time, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. Just write to fabricio@lightfactory.com.br, which is also the contact for our data protection officer.

Changes

This policy may be updated, for example, if the website starts using audience analytics or forms. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
