Who's behind it
Fabricio da Luz Pereira
Founder and data consultant
I started my career repairing electronic equipment and learned early on that the most expensive problems weren't on the circuit boards, but in the processes. Since then, I've spent more than ten years using data to improve operations at technology manufacturers, industrial companies and global customer service operations.
I'm a production engineer and computer scientist with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Today I work as a market intelligence consultant for a US multinational, delivering analyses directly to executives and global managers.
I founded Light Factory to bring that same level of analysis to companies that have data but no one to turn it into decisions. The name comes from my surname, Luz (Portuguese for "light"), and says exactly what the company is: a factory of light that illuminates your business decisions.

Do I need to buy any tools or software?

How much does it cost?
